My Mabes!

I finally got to see one of my dearest friends Mabrie today. I've known Mabrie most of my life and we are forever friends. She moved to Chicago a few years ago and so we don't get to see eachother very often. But it doesn't matter where we are, where we're located, how much we talk or how many times we see eachother, we're just forever friends.
Well her husband Jason turned 30 and we went to lunch today to celebrate! We ate at Mi Cocinas at the Southlake Town Center. There was an arts festival going on, so parking was a nightmare, but it was fun to walk around.

Lyric was plum tuckered out by the end of the day and fell asleep in her big girl car seat. That has to be so uncomfortable!


Well that's that. I have a bazillion things to do around the house and I'm not doing anything. I did watch Lost and Grey's Anatomy... McDreamy is going to break that poor nurse's heart... but it kind of irks me to see him so happy. The teaser for next week's show looked really good! I can't wait!!

Ok, I need to go start some laundry so we have clean clothes this coming week.
