Already up for debate
It really didn't take long did it? Actually, one of the first post-baby-discovery conversations Jon and I had was what the sex of the new baby was.
I of course immediately said, it's a girl.
Jon of course immediately said, it's a boy.
I'm practical. First off, the kids will just be 22 months a part from eachother. My sister and I are 23 months a part and it is so much fun! When we were younger we were inseparable and yes of course we went through a rocky stage from puberty till the end of highschool, but after that, we are back to being inseparable! Lyric needs that!
Also, if it's a girl, I already have all the stuff that she needs and they will share a room and so we don't have to give up the office/guest room.
Jon's logic of course comes in the form of, "I don't have any more girl sperm, they are all men in there."
Oh really Jon? I distinctly remember hearing you say time and time again in the early stages of pregnancy with your DAUGHTER, "I'm a Vandeput, we don't make girls."
Obviously I am going to be happy no matter what, but if God is up there and the sex of my baby is still up for discussion... can you please give me another girl?
Ry and Tiff are obviously having similar struggles as you can see by the gifts they gave me when the day I found out I was pregnant:

Why wouldn't you want a boy?! They are so much fun. I am feeling the boy vibe from you.
I think boys are so much FUN too. But for Lyric's sake she needs a sister!!!
